Professional Realtor Allison Menke is the consummate real estate professional with a well-polished business ethic and well founded on successful results. I’ve used Allison on 3 different real estate deals, buying and selling. I had researched the results of area realtors and Allison clearly stood out as a successful results oriented closer of ‘Getting It Done’ in my neighborhood and at the right price point. A look around the neighborhood before I purchased, and listed, and during the time my home was on the market before closing the sale, it was clear that the homes that were actually selling were those listed by Allison.
With a very professional, knowledgeable demeanor, Allison provided a very well-researched marketing analysis and plan for my home, advised on how best to prepare and stage the home for a successful sale, and she utilized very professional photographer skills that turned into professional photographs, video, marketing brochures and a website that was polished and showcased the home with its best features. Pricing was established ‘realistically’ for sale based on area home comparables and what Allison knew from experience that would achieve success. Allison showcased the home in professional area magazines and beyond, and in a significantly large number of online showcases domestically and internationally to reach the widest possible home buyer clientele. All appointments were scheduled and advised in advance online, status on marketing activities and results were advised weekly. Potential buyer feedback was always advised back promptly for review so that we could adjust the marketing strategy to buyer expectations and feedback provided. Allison was always available to provide answers to Sellers and Buyers questions, and positively find a resolution to any concerns that may arise. At the end of the journey, I found a home that I enjoyed living in and successfully sold years later, and then found yet another beautiful home to enjoy.
